Associate Clinical Director (LMFT or LPCC)
Hillside Laguna thrives on excellence, individual treatment, and continued sobriety. We are seeking to hire highly qualified and professional Associate Clinical Director - LMFT or LPCC and equivalent are desirable.
Resident Advisor (RA)
Resident Advisors help create a safe, supportive and caring home environment in which the residents continue their recovery, and provide regularly scheduled opportunities for the residents to grow in their understanding of recovery. The Resident Advisor is also responsible for coordinating aspects of the resident's transportation, activities and meetings, as well as participating as a vital member of our treatment team.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Duties include supervising clients, driving, cooking, and escorting clients to local recovery meetings. The ideal candidate is one that aspires to grow in the field of treatment and recovery. Opportunities to provide group and individual therapy for those seeking to earn hours towards the completion of their license.
Clean DMV record
Experience in drug & alcohol recovery (1 year clean and sober) - Medical experience a plus
CPR First Aid certification before hire - TB test before hire
Professional attitude, and knowledge of social media
Hillside Laguna is licensed & certified by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and identified among those facilities that exceed minimum levels of service quality and are in substantial compliance with State program standards, specifically the Alcohol and/or Other Drug Certification Standards. The State of California Certification is granted only to programs that exceed minimum levels of service quality and are in substantial compliance with State program standards.
Hillside Laguna's quest for obtaining the rigorous State of California Certification was considered advantageous in gaining the confidence of both potential demanding clients and third party insurance payers.
